Return Policy

1. Returns

Due to the medical nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Page

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened medical braces and supports cannot be returned. 

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or do not fit upon arrival. If you need to exchange your item for the same product due to a sizing issue, please contact Customer Service through our Contact Page. Please make sure to consult our sizing charts and product information before placing your order.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
