2. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and other US territories. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
3. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
4. Size Exchanges
Exchanges for a different sized product can be made within 5 days of receipt. If your does not fit correctly, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with exchanging your brace for the correct size. Please contact us via our Contact Page.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
